Target audience
The Specialist in Payments and Digitisation will focus primarily on supporting the EBA’s work in the area of payments, including the delivery of the EBA’s mandates under the forthcoming Payment Services Directive 3 (PSD3) and Payment Services Regulation (PSR), supervisory convergence work and the development of answers to Q&As.
She/he will also support the monitoring and analysis of developments in digital finance, including uses of artificial intelligence (AI), and their implications for the EBA’s areas of responsibility, with a particular focus on implications from the perspective of consumer protection. The Specialist will contribute to other work across the Department, as agreed with the line manager.
