The Finance unit of the European Chemicals Agency provides customer-oriented service and advice to ensure efficient planning and implementation of the Agency’s budget. The unit coordinates the budget (income and expenditure) and procurement planning, undertakes procurement actions and plays a key role in implementing the budget. The Finance unit follows up and reports on budget and procurement plan execution to the internal and external stakeholders. The unit also maintains the registry of financial delegations.

We currently invite applications for the Finance Unit. The successful candidate will join a team that is responsible for a wide range of financial operations, such as budgeting, processing of financial transactions, providing business support on financial matters, including procurement, and will report to the Head of Finance unit.
