You are skilled in the triage and troubleshooting of technical issues.
You have experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Nagios, Icinga or equivalent.
You are experienced in executing standard IT operations processes, including monitoring and event management, incident management, change management, service request management and service desk activities.
You have knowledge of enterprise level technologies such as UNIX, Linux, databases, and networking.
