Learning Support Officer - EUAA/2025/CA/002

Proven professional experience of at least 3 years with tasks closely related to those described in section ‘2. Job description’;

Proven professional experience in analysing user and organisational needs for new learning or training products and/or services and drafting of technical specifications for acquiring them;

Proven professional experience in managing projects related to learning products and services (such as digital learning, technical development or technical support to training products).
