As part of the legal team of EuroHPC JU, the Legal and Procurement Officer provides advice on the legality and compliance of the grant agreements and procurement procedures. She/he supports Programme Officers and other units in drafting tender documents (invitations to tender, technical specifications, contracts). She/he provides support for contract activities, including drafting and reviews of contract and amendment templates.
She/he contributes to preparation of manuals, vade-mecums and internal procedures. She/he provides legal advice related to the implementation of procurement contracts and grant agreements.
