Reception Officer / Vulnerability Officer - EUAA/2025/CA/001

Proven professional experience of at least 3 years with tasks closely related to those described in section ‘2. Job description’, in the area of reception of applicants for
international protection and/or vulnerability, within a European Institution, Agency or Body or a Member State Administration, International Organisation or Civil Society Organisation;

Proven professional experience in the provision of reception conditions or support to vulnerable asylum seekers, including minors, victims of trafficking, individuals with mental health issues, survivors of gender-based violence, LGBTQ+ individuals, persons with disabilities, and elderly applicants;

Proven professional experience in drafting guidelines, SOPs, background notes, concept notes, position papers, speaking notes and reports or training material in the field of reception and/or vulnerability;

Proven professional experience in facilitating meetings, working groups and workshops or training activities with different stakeholders in an international environment;

Proven professional experience in operational/field activities (first line) in a national and/or international environment related to reception and/or vulnerability.
