Target audience

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Qualification:

a) A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma, preferably in project management and business administration, internal control or finance and accounting, or

b) A level of secondary education attested by a diploma, giving access to post-secondary education, and relevant professional experience of at least three (3) years; 

  • At least 9 years of proven full-time professional experience, acquired after the qualification required under a) or b) above;

Note: The professional experience will be counted from the time you obtained the certificate or diploma required for admission to the selection procedure. Part-time work will be taken into account in proportion to the stated percentage in relation to full-time work. In case of internship, only paid internship is considered.

In case of a doctorate/PhD 50% of the actual duration of the studies will be taken into account as professional experience, subject to an upper limit of three years, on the condition that the candidate was paid during the period of his/her PhD studies, the PhD studies have been completed and a diploma was awarded.

  • Proven experience covering at least two of the following expertise domains:
    • Teams support (supporting multi-stream programmes, tracking milestones, preparing status updates and ensuring consistency across activities).
    • Governance and reporting (drafting briefing notes, dashboards and management reports, consolidating inputs from technical teams and ensuring high-quality documentation).
    • Process and quality management (helping design, document and improve internal workflows, templates and control routines to support efficient and consistent team operations).
    • Knowledge management (structuring shared repositories, maintaining records, and ensuring accessibility and traceability of key information and decisions).
    • Stakeholder coordination expertise (engaging with diverse internal and external parties, preparing agendas and meetings minutes, and following up on actions).
    • Analytical support (assisting with data consolidation, KPIs, and preparation of visual or written summaries for management decision-making).
    • Collaboration tool (developing strong skills with document management, workflow and collaboration platforms).
  • Very good command of oral and written English;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Desirable Skills and Knowledge

  • Proven work experience in a multicultural environment;
  • Knowledge and/or experience in regulatory provisions (such as DORA and/or other frameworks governing ICT or general risks).
  • Proven experience and expertise in third party risk management, ICT audit or ICT supervision.
  • Knowledge of a third EU language.
