Destinatari
- Be a citizen of an EU Member State, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, or Switzerland.
- Have completed university studies lasting at least four years or three years with one year of relevant professional experience.
- Have accumulated at least fifteen years of relevant full-time professional experience after obtaining your degree.
- Possess proficient language skills: C1 level in one EU official language and B2 level in another, with English as the working language.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of senior management experience, showing strong people management skills.
- Have experience in the management of significant financial resources in a national, European and/or international environment, including administrative, budgetary planning and internal control.
- Proven experience in the field of large-scale IT systems acquired in a national, European or international public administration or private sector, including through non-technical functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, decision-making, organisational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate fluently and efficiently and build good working relations with the European Union’s institutions and with various external stakeholders, as well as to represent the Agency in international fora.
