Target audience
Qualification:
a) a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, economics or another relevant field, when the normal period of university education is four years or more; or
b) a level of education which corresponds to completed university studies in one of the above fields and appropriate professional experience of at least one year, when the normal period of university education is at least three years;
- Have at least 12 years of proven full-time professional experience in a field relevant for this position as stated in the job description above, acquired after the qualification required under a) or b) above, of which at least 5 years of proven experience in management/coordination/ team leadership roles, preferably, in a multicultural environment in a field relevant for this position;
- Proven experience in defining and implementing IT strategies, governance frameworks or operating models in a complex organisational environment;
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT functions and digital service delivery in a complex organisation;
- Proven track record of leading organisational change and digital transformation initiatives;
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
