Candidates will be considered eligible for selection based upon their fulfilment of the following formal
criteria by the deadline for applications:
Be nationals of one of the Member States of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein,
Norway, and Switzerland;
Be employed by a public administration of a Member State of the European Union, Iceland,
Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland, or an Intergovernmental Organisation (IGO) for at least 12
months before their secondment.
