Target audience
The Policy Expert for Crypto-asset classification will be primarily responsible for contributing to the EBA’s tasks for monitoring crypto-assets and preparing opinions on regulatory classification pursuant to Article 97 of the EU’s Regulation on Markets in Crypto-assets (MiCAR). The Policy Expert will also contribute to other EBA MiCAR tasks, including supervisory convergence actions, and wider digital finance work.
