Senior Expert (Payment Services) - ICC COPAC TA-82-2026

As a member of the Innovation, Conduct and Consumers Department, the Senior Expert reports to the Head of COPAC Unit working in the area of payment services. The Senior Expert is responsible for the fulfilment of EBA mandates and new permanent functions and tasks under the revised Payment Services Directive and Payment Services Regulation (PSD3/PSR), and to do this on time, on budget, with high quality and with maximum agreement reached with national competent authorities (NCAs). To that end, the Senior Expert is chairing workstreams for a subset of the mandates and supports others. The Senior Expert is also taking lead roles in assessing supervisory convergence cases and developing answers to Q&As received.
