Senior Training Standards and Quality Officer - EUAA/2026/TA/008

Professional experience of at least five years in tasks relevant to Section 2. ‘Job description’;
Professional experience in developing, implementing, and managing Quality Assurance (QA) systems in training or educational institutions;
Proven expertise in the design, delivery, and/or evaluation of vocational, professional, or work-based learning programmes, within an accredited or regulated framework;
Professional experience in applying directly the European Quality Assurance and Qualifications frameworks, including ESG, EQF, Bologna and Copenhagen Processes, and/or NQF referencing;
Professional experience in drafting Quality Assurance documentation (policies, frameworks, reports, or guidance/recommendations) and in coordinating internal/external quality reviews.

University Degree in Education, Quality Assurance, Educational Management, or Vocational Training and Development;
Professional experience working with accreditation agencies or national quality authorities in the area of education;
Professional experience in the development or referencing of qualifications frameworks (EQF/NQF);
Professional experience in designing learning assessments and recognition of prior learning (RPL);

Professional experience in project management, preferably in the area of education and/or work-based learning.
